contact list disappears partially

New install. 2 out of 10 users cannot see newly added contacts when clicking the TO button in compose a new message. Global address list OK. Where do I start looking for resolution?

I actually figured this one out. The outlook client did not have the "show this folder as an e-mail address book" option enabled on the address bnook tab of the properties page. The Rockman
