I have a contact form setup on my website that when a visitor fills in the form, I receive an email with the information.

Recently, I started receiving these emails with bogus info filled in the contact form. (example below). Are there people intentionally filling this in and sending it or is it something I can block or filter out either from Frontpage or at my hosting account. Any advise is greatly appreciated.
