Contact file in Outlook

Operator was getting message when accessing new email entry; had 2 Contacts files and one address file.
When I put the address file 1st the prompting went away but when the operator accesses the Contacts the message is displayed again. It is a nuisance andI'd like to either get rid of the additional Contacts file, but how? when I was accessing it prompted by message to get help in removing.

Try opening Outlook, and select File - Import & Export - Internet Mail and addresses. From there, just answer the wizard questions, and it should combine your contacts files. After they are combined, just delete the 2nd file.
