BCM50 R5 running Contact Center
Just turned on automatic answer for agents, which is working correctly; calls alert on headset and then go live.
BUT
Now regular or transferred calls to the agent phones ring on the phone, but do not alert and cannot be answered by headset. You have to press the flashing intercom button to answer.
Previous to turning on automatic answer on the agents, calls rang on phone and alerted on headset.
Any thoughts?? Help!
