Why can't I add/edit Agents or Supervisors? I can get to the point of reassigning skillset, and or supervisors.
Whenever I access the page there are no users, no options in the drop downs? Help

Just curious, have you changed the IP address of the Symposium since you've had the Web Client? Or any other change of this nature? I'm thinking that may be the culprit

You have to add them to to a group and you should see the agents?
