Contact Centre Manager Administrator 6.0 with IE11

We are having an issue when accessing the scripting part of the CCMA web interface on IE11. The browser doesn't seem to like the ActiveX settings and is trying to install iemenu.cab . We got this working on a couple of laptops a year or so ago but for the life of me I cant remember what we did.

Thanks for that video. I followed it to the letter although some of the options specified weren't available in IE11 and it is Nortel CC6 ratehr than Avaya CC6 that I'm using. Still getting the security warning.

Check

Allow software to run or install even if the signature is invalid


Uncheck

Check for signatures on downloaded programs


After you get all of the files installed put these back.

Another possible option is an install file to install these without going through Internet Explorer. On install CD. Not sure if it was available back then.
