Contact Centre Client won't run after changing IP address of server.

Hi

Changed IP address of CCM server using the little tool provided all works except the CCC won't run. if you click the ccc it says "cannnot activate viewer login page"
the users IT dept has deleted the ccc from the PC now we can't install a fresh copy. If you try a download a ne w client component pack you get a http 403 error. looks the ccc.exe has moved or something?

Any help please?
 
Did you update the IP address in the IIS settings on the server when you changed the machine's IP?

I have looked on the PF web site and it too mentions this, however when i right click on the default web site i don't get a properties option.
