For some reason our Contact Centre Client does not display the caller ID when the agent receives an ACD call. Instead it displays the path reporting number.
We are running 5.5 SP3. Can anyone shed any light?
If I'm not mistaken, there was an issue with that. The feature came out in a particular release but probs were found. A subsequent upgrade removed the feature.
Check with PF or your service provider. There may be a newer release or patch.
