We are currently on CCT 5.0. Making plans to move to verison CC7.

In the process we have begun testing new VOIP phones. The 1140 to be exact.
However I can not get Screen pops to work with the model of phones.
In the TAPI table when you build the phone you can choose the model of phone, 3904, 3905, I2004 etc. However there is not option for 1140.
I have tried the following with no success.

Does anyone have any suggestion?

Just to let everyone know what else we have tried.
We have attempted to program a 1140E as an I2002 or I2004 phone. This has worked in the past with different analog, digital sets. It does not work with the 1140E.

Looks like we are just going to have wait until the CCT7 upgrade is in place.

what patch release are you on ?? su 06 introduced 1140 and 1150's on CCT, though it still dopes not work, we still need to set this to 2004p2's for all 1140 anmd 50's this is to be fixed in su08
