Hi folks:

I'm working with a CS1000 that will be integrated with the CC, checking the order code list I found the next part:

NT9S89AA, the description says:
Contact Center Switch Type Indicator - M1/CS1000

But I don't know if this part is hardware or software?, what is it for?

Can you give me a hand?

Whichever it is, it is discontinued across the coard as far as I can tell. I wouldn't be paying for it or ordering it w/o explaination

I'm pretty sure this is just something Nortel uses to identify the type of system CC's been ordered for. More of an internal thing than anything else.
