Contact Center Status: ServerBusy

Hi,
All of the sudden, I have Contact Center Status: ServerBusy. Real Time reports still work OK, but Data base download stuck on 18%.
All this is on BCM400 R4.0, call center w/reporting.
I rebooted BCM, PC dedicated for Reporting. Also I've installed patch 157, and so farr no luck. What to do next to free up the server.Thank you.
 
How many call are in the data base some versions of RCC have problems when calls get over 1 million..

Also check for corrupt tables using the dbfixutill

I have also seen this problem and the only fix was to default the RCC data base

 
Try to run ccrstest.htm and check the real status of history reports.

Maybe you need just try to stop/start RCClauncher.
