Hi

our current contact center is based nortel cs1000 and cc6, there is a project of international telemarketing over 6 different countries needed to get idea of what is required do we need to implement sip,or viop because ordinary pstn fee is very high any advice is appreciated.

You don't need to do anything with cc6.

Are you positioning agents in each country - then use IP phones or soft phones.

Or looking for a long distance solution that reduces cost? You could use SIP trunks, but it really boils down to what the carrier is charging for overseas call.
