contact center replication fails

I have a contact center 6.0 with a standalone replication server. replication has failed, the queue's have filled up and I could not remove the warm standby config to restart. I uninstalled the replication app to break the warm standby. now when i reinstall the replication app it fail's. I then uninstalled server 2003 and reinstalled..replication app still fails to install. Does anyone know a trick to this or any ideas why it may be failing?

The only error I see is a black box that pop's up near the end of the process about the time it starts to install the su_02 pep that says "system error 1060 has occurred ". When it has finished it says relication server install complete..press ok. the replication server configuration utility says in the comment box, "replication server install failed"

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. thxs
 
Please check Nortel documentation regarding pre-installation checklist of Replication Server. There's an application that you can run to check if the server is ready for installation. Try to meet all the requirements before you proceed with the installation.
 
These things are notoriously fickle to put it politely. Anytime a CCMS standby/repliction instance fails it's a major ordeal to get it working again.

You may also have to manually stop the replication services on the CCMS Primary and CCMS Standby servers before you try to setup a new replication instance. The whole backup, restore and everything else routine. Major pain..... R7 and Aura Contact Center eliminate the repliction server, haven't gotten to do one yet but just knowing that gives me hope.
