Hello, how can I configure reports to be sent automatically via email?

Where do I add the email credentials/SMTP Server to the prairiefyre? (YSE, CC/Client, reporting web portal)?

where do I schedule the reports to be emailed?

thanks a lot, regards,

daniel

Email server is setup in YSE/Enterprise/Mail Servers

To setup a schedule you log in to the CCMWeb and go to Reports/Scheduled Reports
You should then be able to create a schedule and add the reports you want.
When this is set you set set the distribution (who you want to email to)

pretty sure you still need excel loaded on the server to make this work

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

I know in the past you needed the full version of Excel, now I believe you can get away the free Excel Viewer.

You may be right , its the automatic printing that definitely needs excel

From the manual MiContact Center Installation and Administration Guid

Install Microsoft Excel (Optional).
Microsoft Excel 2010 or greater is required to both view reports and automatically distribute
reports for printing. If you intend to use the Enterprise Server as both a server and a client, you
require Excel 2010, 2013, or 2016 on the server. Optionally, Microsoft Excel Viewer may be
installed as an alternative to Microsoft Excel to view reports, but it cannot be used to
automatically distribute reports for printing.
