Yes, there is a procedure at least for the SU03, it depends if you have Co-Res or stand alone but if you are installing Su's then you must input the license manager SU in first and then follow with the supplementary,then ccms then finally ccma. I installed These on a customer site and forgot the License manager pep (this was Co-Res) I tried to install this last and it failed, i then had a jolly two days rebuilding my server!! so be careful and read the text files, they should open automatically when you unzip a pep or SU
