Contact Center Express - Music On Hold

How do you provide music on hold for callers waiting in queue in a CCX application. My app works fine, prompts work, etc., but when the callers are waiting in queue there is only silence.

I thought it may have something to do with the 'Queue Prompt' in the Application Management screen but I'm told this is not the case.

I know how to upload prompts and insert them into apps, then refresh etc. I just don't see any place to turn on music on hold.

note that the standard 'Opus 1' hold music would be fine, I just don't know how to turn it on.

If youre looking to just bring in your MOH that you use on CM, you want to use the Call Hold object.
