Contact Center EWT table

I have BCM 50 Rls 2 with contact center. I did all the configuration and the contact center work good but the only pb is the EWT table

The EWT table always play (after all times above Greet.),

here is the table :

EWT Greeting Table
Expected Wait Time Table ID: 1

No Wait Time Interval Greeting ID Commands
1 Up To: 00:00:30 2, :30 Change Delete
2 Up To: 00:01:00 3, 1 Change Delete
3 Up To: 00:02:00 4, 2 Change Delete
4 Up To: 00:03:00 5, 3 Change Delete
5 Up To: 00:04:00 6, 4 Change Delete
6 Up To: 00:05:00 7, 5 Change Delete

After all times above 8, Sorry Change

WHat is your Use Previous ___ calls to calculate EWT set to under your skillsets?
 
Use Previous 2 calls to calculate ........ and 10 calls on another system ....
