Contact Center Error

I am trying to implement the contact center and the night service together. I have almost everything working as I would like, except when I go to F982 to set the CC Center mode to night, it says "Uniti..", which I assume means that the mode is unitialized. I can't seem to initialize it. Any thoughts?? Thanks,

Do you have the skillsets configured for day/night mode or 24 hour service? If it's 24 hour, I don't believe you can change it to night mode as it will automatically do that for you based on time of day.

Needs to be AUTO.

It could mean your Skillset is not enabled.
