Contact Center CDN

Hi all,

i try to create a CDN for Contact Center. I created CDN 7045 as skillset in the callpilot and assigned this skillset in the line administration menu in callpilot.
My question is how this cdn should be create in the Business Element because subscriber need to dial it

You cannot dial this DN internally from another extension.

You can access it from a CCR tree path option.
You can transfer an external call to it.
 
I cant get latest contact center details, get this message.

The systems status cannot be identified, any ideas of why i cant see the details.
