Contact Center 6.0 Server OS Loading Procedure & Requirements

I have the hardware server requirements but I'm looking for assistance on CC 6.0 Server OS loading procedure & requirements for CCMS, CCMA, Replication server, Standby and CCT servers. Nortel Web Documentation seems to be sketchy and Nortel rep can't point me in the right direction.

Double check your Nortel web site - or demand higher level access if you still cannot find the information.

Look for Installation and Maintenance Docs for installation process and Contact Center Server Operating Systems Requirements Guides.

If the Nortel rep cannot get these for you, escalate. There is no excuse for not providing the information you need. (I know, a double negative).
