Contact and Address book mobo jumpo

Hi,

i have terrible time with contacts and address book
on 20 computers, i want to have the same or import a typical 20 lists of e-mail address onto the address book under outlook 2000

under services, i added outlook address book,
is there any way of typing them all in once and save it somewhere where all other computers can import a .pab file ?
.pab file only appear when you creat personal address book, not for outlook address book.
