CONT - 2 card error 1

I recently helped enable an OP 61 that had a power supply go out. After we replaced it the CONT - 2 card was disabled. I went into LD 32 and enabled XPEC 3 and the card came up along with the line cards on the shelf. The only thing is now instead of flashing CO 03, it is flashing C8 0B at about half the brightness of the other cards.

The card is working but I can't find my book with the card error codes in it. Does anyone know what this code is and how do I clear it?

For some reason it thinks it's C8 instead of C0,0B A31 #2 internal TXVM memory test failure. I would replace it.
