constants to decimal value

In Excel, is there a way to automatically convert VBA constants to their decimal values? e.g. xlCenter to -4108

Yes, but it isn't entirely straightforward. You need to set a reference to the TypeLib library and use it's Object model to access Excel's. I don't have an example to hand but searching the site here - or Googling - should pick up something.
