I installed Win XP on my laptop then I used Partition Magic, created a new partition and installed Win98. I used Bootmagic and was able to boot into either Windows OK.
I then put the disk into another identical machine and Windows 98 constantly rebooted over and over again.(Win XP worked OK)
I have now wiped the disk deleted all partitions and reinstalled just Windows 98 as far as the first reboot, but it still constantly reboots part way through loading. It does the same thing in Safe Mode.
Any one got any ideas ?
Thanks
