Constant Memory Errors

I am wondering why I constantly get hung up,creating forms (and sometimes running the app.)with errors that tell me that there is not enough memory to create the window,causing a restart.There is 320M of RAM installed,I would think that would be plenty. Is there a problem with Access or could it be my system?
