Constant Disk Activity

What tool in W2K (or otherwise) could be used to determine what is causing constant hard drive activity? When in Task Manager, with nothing running, I have 99% idle and the other 1% is split between Explorer and Task Manager.

Any Suggestions appreciated John Farrow

It may be some version of spyware causing this. Go to dwonloads.com and get AdAware 6. If there is something on there, it will find it for you. Good luck, and Happy Computing
