Constant beeping in NT Server

Try going into the Control Panel and Devices. Disable the "Beep" in the list.

I would also look at your disk space issues. If you have another drive on the server, try moving your Paging File to the other drive.
Do this in the Control Panel, System, Performance Tab and in the Virtual Memory area click Change.
