Consolidation and projects have same name!

I have looked everywhere and tried everything I can think of.
I took a project saved it, modified it and saved it with a different name.
I changed the File>Properties>Title on the second project to a new name
Then I wanted to consolidate the two so I opened a new window with the two in it and they both had the same name!
So I went back to each individual project and had it show the project summary task and they have different names.
I tried closing project and reopening and still get same thing...

WHERE do I need to change the name/field/etc. in the second project file so they will be different when I consolidate them?
