Consolidate projects 1

Hi,

I trying to use the Resource Pool function in MS Project to summarize resources by project. It only seems to show the task level. Does anyone know if there is a way:
1) to view resources by project and
2) to view all projects by resources

View > Resource Sheet
Insert the column "Project"

Project > Group by:xxxx > More Groups...
Click on New
Change the "Name:" entry to "By Project"
For "field name" choose "Project"
Click on OK
Click on Apply

Project > Group by:xxxx > More Groups...
Click on New
Change the "Name:" entry to "By Resource"
for "field name" choose "Name"
Click on OK
Click on Apply
