ConsoleOne GroupWise Error Message

I have an error message appearing in ConsoleOne when clicking on my groupwise domain - Connect - Groupwise Utilities - Syncronise, I get the following error message:

Path not found.

I am able to connect correctly to my two domains an make changes, but am unable to perform manual synchronisations. I have just recently re-built my windows 2000 pc, this did not happen on my old build.
