Console to D220 via COM port 1

I am facing problem to connect to disk library D220 from my Windows Hyperterminal via COM port. Can kindly advice me on the setting of the Hyperterminal? Thank you very much

You will need to send a break to the console then input the password to gain access.

Nevertheless, what is the default password to gain access? Is there any way for me to do password recovery if necessary?
