We have multiple of Avaya Hard and PC based console at different site...Need some setup to configure some functions asked by management.

1- Is there any configuration/work around available to check
from whom the extension is busy/talking? I mean if some
extension is busy then i am able to check from whom he is
connected??(don't wants to listen conversation just status
of whom extension is connected)
2- How can i prioritize executive calls coming to attendant?
I mean i would be able to pick executive calls rather
picking one by one calls in queue.
Thanks

1- Not sure you can do what your asking. You can have a busy-indicator for an extension, but it will not tell you whom they are connected too.

2- Assuming your exec calls are coming in on a specific number/vdn, you could have the attendants login to a skill and then route exec calls with high priority in a non-attendant vector. Regular calls can be routed at medium or low priority.

Hi pal thanks for the info, can you briefly elaborate the 2nd Answer?? How could i make attendant to login for some specific call as well as normal calls hitting attendant..

for second question may be....
display system-parameters special-applications
(SA8156) - Attendant Priority Queuing by COR?
