Console Question

I need a little help with my AD console.

When I do a search for a user within the console, most of the tabs do not appear in the properties.

How do I add more tabs for when I am searching for users.

I'm assuming you mean Active Directory Users and Computers?

Sorry, yes I do mean AD Users. we added a snap-in for a Mitel system.

We don't seem to be able to see this tab when we have searched for a user and select properties.

Have the snapins been installed on the server/workstation you are running ADUC from?

Yes, they have been installed on both the server and workstation.

That's fairly common. That happens when you enable the "Additional Information" tab in ADUC as well. It only shows up when you manually dig up the account - not when searching.
