#console# prompt in Avaya 9608 terminal

good morning all.

I have a question. I am trying to access the terminal in a 9608G phone. I need to excute some ft> commands.

The problem is that I'm suppose to get the " #console# " prompt at the terminal but I'm getting the " DVF99 # " and with this prompt I cannot execute ft> commands.

I'm using the Universal Service Donwload Adapter (700504366) to access the terminal.

Does anyone know how to change from DVF99 # prompt to #console# prompt? Or how to access the #console# in Avaya 9608G phones?
