On my 81c with 4.5 I have 5 M2250 consoles. The Operators say that occasionally people tell them they are calling and letting it ring a long time and no one answers. The operators say they are getting calls at the time but some don’t seem to present to the consoles. Could someone check the programming and see if something stands out or have other ideas. Thank you,

Is it possible an operator could be leaving a console without putting it in the "busy" state. This would account for RNA.

I think that happens some of the time, but they said yesterday, that wasn't the case.

i never let any user define the trouble params.. can you duplicate the trouble? if not i usually think user error.. the build on your consoles is right.. but it's real hard to program a 2250 to ignore a call once in a while.. that's a simi acd group. user error or extermly high traffic can cause rna

I so far can't duplicate the problem. The consoles were built long before I started in this position. I think it is user error but I want to cover all the bases on my side. Is there a way to check the programming of the simi acd group? Or other possible ideas!

Your looking at the simi ACD programming. A Console is it's own little ACD.
