Console phone only rings once

I have a Legend 7.0 v10.0

The system console phone(operator)only makes one audible ring, then goes quiet. The phone is still ringing, you just cannot hear it.

How can I adjust the audible ringing? Thanks

Sounds like ABREVIATED RING is ON.

Set it to OFF.

ON THE SET ITSELF:

Press Menu > Ext Program > Touch ANY BUTTON > Press LIST FEATURE > More > More > More > Ringing Options > Abreviated Ring > OFF > ENTER > HOME

Thanks, that was it. Some how the gremlins changed it last night.

It was probably always like that, but the user didn't notice, UNTIL THE BOSS SAID; "WHY AREN'T YOU ANSWERING THE PHONE !"

At least, that's how I always see it happen.

The DEFAULT is ABREVIATED RING ON.
