Console phone dials outside number.

I have a operator postion that about 4 to 5 times a day it will dial 9 and the same phone number. It does this by itself. Is this a feature?

If you have a Saved Number Feature key, she may be pressing it accidently or it could be partially stuck.

or last number(redial).
It may also be a case of "stickybutton-itis" make sure that all the button caps are on properly and the papers are not hanging out causing the button to "stick
