We just installed Zenworks 7 Desktop Management and were told to start using Console One. Well the need to add printers has come up and I tried to create a NDPS Printer in Console One and it said that there were no snap-ins for this. I did a little searching and found that Console One does not provide this capability period. How should I go about adding these printers that I really need? Should I go back to NWAdmin for printers only? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

ConsoleOne hasn't and never will be able to Create printers.
You can use NWADMIN, but it is a legacy tool that doesn't provide all of the features of IPRINT. In fact, I avoid it completely now. iManager is the way to do it. .
So what you need to do is use ConsoleOne for ZEN 7 management, and use iManager to create and manage iPrint printers. Note that once you have created your iPrint printers, ConsoleONe will allow you to Deploy it via ZENworks policy.
