Console Not Responding

I have two different systems (K420 & L2000) that have stopped communicating with their system consoles. There is no response at all when you hit enter. Both systems were fine two weeks ago and both consoles work fine on other systems. It seems like something on the systems is blocking communication with the consoles, but I have no clue what. There are getty's running on both systems for the consoles and both systems have been rebooted. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

It seems that the Consoles get hanged.

Solution :

Steps to do :
1) Switch of your console
2) Hold the Cntrl and 'S' in the Keyboard
3) Switch on your console while holding those
keys for just 5 to 6 Seconds.
4) Press "Enter"

The above steps will reset your console settings.
