I have a Mitel 3300 ICP. On the receptionist console (5524 IP phone) I have a Messages Phonebook on the LCD display. Voicemail lights are blinking. When I try to hear messages phone, calls ext. 117
Any idea hot to clear this? [ponder]

what is ext is 117?

voicemail perhaps?

phonebook on the display is default. the phone you are referring to is prob a 5224 and not 5524. These phones have softkeys u use to select indicated option on display. In your case phonebook.

Sorry Type error. It is a 5224 ip phone. Ok that is default. Why when I hit voicemail does it transfer me to ext. 117 instead of going to ext. 100? Checked voicemail boxes and the are set correctly.

Ext. 117 is another users extension and voicemail box.

Sorry I figure it out. Somehow the receptionist hit the wrong key and was forwarding calls to ext. 117
