I have a Cisco 3005 conecntrator at a remote site. I setup a modem following Cisco specs to attach to the console so that I could access the device from my office. I can connect to the modem, but then nothing happens. Its like it is not talking to the concentrator. Can anyone offer any advice? I hate to hop on a plane just for this.

Make sure that your baud rate on your modem is set to 9600. Most all Cisco products default to 9600 baud.
