Console Cable RJ45 to Amphenol!

Hi All I'm trying to connect a 2250 console using a regular ruuned cat5 cable from the mdf. I've try differents configurations from the JACK to the RJ45 to the amphenol cable. ANy body knows what pairs to match from the WB - WO - WG - WB?

From memory....:
W/B - B/W for DATA (pair 1),
W/O - O/W for PWR (pair 2).
