That's one of the beauties of Netware, that you can view and change User Accounts from anywhere on the network if you have Admin rights. You don't NEED to go to the server, or even RCONSOLE to it. You're stuck in an NT-Server view of the world - Novell is much more useful, and has more features built-in. You can't do word processing or spreadsheets on a Novell server either - it's a SERVER, not a peer on a peer to peer network.
