Console 2250

I have 3 consoles at the switchboard and they will dial long distance with no one on the line, but when someone is on the line and we put in our pin code it says we have not dialed enough digits.

You will need to use an "EES" Key to enter the PIN with a caller on the line. Look in LD 12 for KEY, find EES, and add it.
