Console 1 and Windows 2000 Server

I have a windows 2000 server which is primarily used for Terminal Services and RAS.

Trying to connect to Console1 or RconJ32, neither will run. I can get to the select server IP address and password, but then the screen goes away. I orginally thought it was a Java issue, but I don't think so anymore.

Both RconJ and Console1 ran with Windows NT4 Terminal Server.

The Windows 2000 Server is running the Novel Client32, and also runs the users log in scrips from his/her user context. GroupWise functions normally.

Any Suggestions?
