I've got the following problem in BO11 Infoview :

My reports contain a large number of dynamic parameter fields ( some lists and some dynamic cascading prompts).
In the CR 11 Designer, everything works fine but when i deploy my reports to the BO 11 server, i have to do a re-login to the database for *each* dynamic parameter field/prompt i want to change in the Infoview before scheduling the report.
A report containing 8 parameter fields results in 8 annoying re-logins to the database if i want to change the selection of all 8 dynamic parameter prompts.

I stored the login info in the Central Management Console for all of my reports but it didn't help.

The database is Oracle 10g, i tried both native oracle server connection and an OLE-DB connection in my reports but it didn't change the outcome.

The dynamic parameter fields and cascading prompts are based on tables and views in the database, not on Business Views ( for some reason..).

Does anybody have a clue how to get rid of those annyoing re-login prompts ?

This is usually an issue with subreports, do you any of those in the report?

Thanks so much!

When you publish a report that uses a dynamic prompt in to Enterprise, it creates all the elements of a business view and a list of values object.
To rectify the login, you need to determine what business view uses that it created itself (open the report in CR from Enterprise), and then go into the Business View Manager and save the password for the data connection that that prompt uses.
For a long term solution, it is better to create the LOV objects that you need in the Business View Manager first, and then point your report to it when you create the parameter.
