Connectrix Manager 7.02 Address ID error

Running Connectrix Manager 7.02 with Mcdata switches.

I have a host attached to a port which posts a large number of 'Address ID Errors' as seen via CM7.0.2

Any idea on how to troubleshoot this error.

Cables have been checked.
