I am looking for simplified recommendation on Directv DVR HD signal split for one additional TV location.
I read you can buy a 25' $12.00 component wire (5 connectors)to run directly between DVR output and new TV which maintains HD signal & stereo available at Monoprice.com.
Monoprice steered me to buying a $51.00 HDMI splitter unit and HDMI cable because sound quality was a concern...?
All I wish to do is have both TV's display same HD channel without renting another receiver. Thanks!
