I have a computer that I am having connectivity problems with. It is an XP Pro system, and it connects to the internet with no problem. I can get email, use different messanger programs, but weatherbug and NAV live update wont work. Both programs are telling me that I don't have an internet connection. I have rebuilt my hosts file with nothing more than my local host, and I am using auto DHCP configuration. I have flushed DNS and re-registered it, but to no avail. Any ideas? Thanks.

I don't know either of the apps you meantion, but my first thought is are you behind a firewall, and if so, are the ports they requrie open?
