I'm using CR10 and CE10 Express, and I'm getting conectivity errors on all reports with parameters when I try to run them under the schedule tab. However, if I go to the preview tab, they run fine. I entered default dates in the parameter tab prior to running the report, then sheduled them to run now. The status comes back as success, but when you click on the newly created instance, it prompts for parameters again, then I get an "Unable to connect: Incorrect log on parameters on cache/page server". I recently changed the data source on the reports from a test server to a production server, and I know that CE servers are pointed to the test server. I am assuming there is a conflict in the page server when the parameters are passed. Do I need to reconfigure all the servers in CE to point to the prod server, or will changing just the page server do the trick??

How can a CE server be pointed to a test server? What does that mean?

Perhaps you can share the error messages rather than "getting conectivity errors".

Technical information is much better than an interpretation.

A common problem is that the login for the sevices doesn't have access to certain drives where databases exist, or the login information in't correct for the production server..

When I referred to a test and prod server, I meant that I developed reports from a database on server named spumanti, then changed the datasource to another server called ADS-1, a completely different physical location. The database name remained the same. The error message I get is "Unable to connect: incorrect log-on parameters on cache/page server: a-spumanti.001.pageserver". Going into the CMC and clicking on servers under Organize, the machine name next to all the CE server names, including the page server, is a-spumanti-001. Since the report ODBC connection is referring to ADS-1, I was guessing there was some sort of conflict with the page server, which references spumanti.
